There is a winemaker’s house in escrow and due to close very soon in Ramona.

The seller is closing down and dismantling his Cellar/cold room in the garage. The new home buyer does not want the cellar room.

It has a nice vineyard of about 1/3 ac. The varietal is Tempranillo and the fate of the Vineyard is unknown.

The cellar room is about 8 x 8 and very well built. It stands alone in the Garage/Workshop. If you know of anybody interested in obtaining this cold room, reach out to me because it needs to be dismantled within the next three days.

I can put you in touch with the Realtor who is handling the escrow. If interested you will need to act quickly, as it needs to be removed within the next few days.
