      I’ve committed to a half-ton of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Giardino in Fallbrook for the fall of 2023. (He also has an ad currently in these classifieds). We usually only process a quarter-ton for our needs. If you are interested in taking the other 500# get in touch with me. We could also crush and de-stem with our equipment at our place and provide must.
